Refund policy

   If you would like to return an item you purchased from Twin’s Jewelry Co., we are happy to accept all returns within 30 days of purchase.
    Personalized items are non-returnable, including items that have been engraved. All returned or exchanged items should be in their original condition.

 If you return the original item in good condition, we will refund you for that item so you can order a new item you would like to receive.
   Twin’s Jewelry Co. is not responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during shipment. Your account will be credited within 10–15 business days of us receiving your item.
