How can I contact Twin’s Jewelry?
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Personalized items (including engraved pieces) are non-returnable. Returned items should be in original condition. Full details: Returns & Exchanges.

How do exchanges work?

If you return the original item in good condition, we’ll refund it so you can place a new order. Credits are typically issued within 10–15 business days after we receive your return. Start by emailing contact@twinsjewelryco.com.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days depending on fabrication time. We offer Standard (3–7 business days) and Express (1–2 business days). More: Shipping Info.

How can I track my order?

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping isn’t available yet.

How do I care for my jewelry?
  • Avoid chemicals, chlorine, lotions, and perfumes while wearing your piece.
  • Store in a dry pouch/box; sterling silver does best in anti-tarnish storage.
  • Gold/diamonds: warm water + mild soap + soft brush. Silver: polishing cloth/silver cleaner.
  • Remove before showering, exercising, or heavy work to prevent damage.
