How long does shipping take?

We personally fabricate most of our items in-store, which allows us to ship the majority of orders within 1–3 business days. However, some pieces may take up to 5 business days depending on the complexity of the item. If your order hasn’t shipped within 5 business days, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

What shipping options do you offer?

Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days):

Yes, we proudly offer repair services. Many of our local customers have trusted us with their jewelry repairs for years, and we're happy to extend the same care and service to our online customers.

If your item arrives damaged or needs adjustment after delivery, we can repair it and send it back to you. We also offer post-purchase modifications upon request (at a minimal cost) — whether your item needs resizing, tightening, or any other fitting adjustment after you’ve received it.

Where does Twin's Jewelry deliver to?

We currently deliver to all locations within the United States. While we do not offer international shipping at this time, we’re actively working on expanding our services and plan to ship worldwide in the near future.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend the following care tips:

  • Remove your jewelry before using cleaning products, swimming in chlorinated pools, or applying lotions and perfumes.
  • Keep your pieces in a dry, soft-lined box or pouch to prevent scratches and tarnish. Store sterling silver in anti-tarnish bags when possible.
  • For gold and diamonds, use warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush to remove dirt. For sterling silver, use a polishing cloth or a silver-specific cleaner to restore shine.
  • Take off your jewelry before exercising, showering, or doing heavy work to avoid accidental damage.
